Shipping Policy

If you placed an order with us recently, your order may take longer to get to you than normal. We appreciate your patience during this challenging time!

Due to an influx in recent demand (a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us these past few days!), orders will be shipping from our fulfillment center within an estimated 5-10 business days of your order confirmation. We are a small team working as hard as we can so we appreciate your understanding!

Please allow an additional 7-14 business days for US, or 15-25 business days for non-US, for the package to arrive at your destination.  We are not responsible for any additional customs fees that may occur during the shipping process. Unfortunately once the package has shipped, we are unable to refund shipping fees as the payment has been made to the postal carrier. Shipping fees are nonrefundable and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


If you place an order with a pre-ordered item, your entire order will ship together once the pre-ordered item is available.

While we take great pride in the quality of our products, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Please inspect your purchase upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. If there is a problem with your order, please contact our Customer Service team within thirty (30) days of receipt, and we will be happy to assist you with returning your product. Product batch number
A copy of receipt or order confirmation

Please note that the returned goods must be in the original packaging and will not be refunded. If a return label is required, the return freight will be deducted from the refund amount.
